ROCK HILL, SC: Cinemax’s Outcast accepting crew resumes

The creator of The Walking Dead, Robert Kirkman is bringing South Carolina a series for Cinemax.  Outcast. They shot the pilot in Rock Hill, SC back in December.

The projected start date is July 20th and should run through November for a 10 episode run and they head back to their original shooting grounds.

Outcast is based on a comic by Kirkman and artist Paul Azaceta which follows Kyle Barnes (Fugit), a young man who has been plagued by possession since he was a child. Now an adult, he embarks on a journey to find answers, but what he uncovers could mean the end of life on Earth as we know it.
